A return or exchange request may be accepted if:

The wrong product or size was delivered.
The product does not match the order placed.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Products may not be eligible for return or exchange if they:

Have been damaged after delivery
Are missing original tags or packaging
Have stains, odors, or signs of use
Are returned without prior approval

For other reasons, return shipping charges may apply.
All returned products are subject to inspection. A return or exchange will be processed only after the product meets the applicable return conditions.
